Outstanding Rating from Candid

The Thoracic Surgery Foundation is proud to announce that our strong financial health and ongoing accountability have earned TSF the 2024 Platinum Seal of Transparency with Candid. This is the highest possible rating for non-profit organizations and demonstrates TSF’s commitment to good stewardship of donor funds.

Accolades from Charity Navigator

TSF has also earned a Four-Star Rating from Charity Navigator, the highest possible score. This rating designates TSF as an official “Give with Confidence” charity, indicating that TSF uses its donations effectively. Charity Navigator uses four key indicators to rate non-profit performance, including Impact & Results, Accountability & Finance, Leadership & Adaptability, and Culture & Community.
